Now Accepting New Patients – Banff Residents Only

Dr. Chinedu Mboma and Dr. Szmigielski are currently accepting new patients who reside in Banff.

To learn more about all of our physicians, please visit the “About Us” tab.

For Canmore Residents

If you are a Canmore resident seeking a family healthcare provider, we kindly ask that you contact the Bow Valley Primary Care Network (PCN) or reach out directly to a local Canmore medical clinic. They are well-equipped to help connect you with the appropriate healthcare services.

How to Register as a New Patient

If you are a Banff resident and interested in becoming a patient at our clinic:

  • Please wait until you have a medical reason to see a physician before booking. We do not book “meet and greet” appointments.
  • Once you’ve booked your first visit, any medical chart transfers can be arranged at that time. If possible, please download and complete the chart transfer form and bring it with you.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment:

  • Your provincial healthcare card (we must see the original card—just the number is not sufficient)
  • The name and telephone number of your emergency contact
  • Employer details (especially important for WCB claims)

Please note: Dr. Triska and Dr. Shigeishi are not accepting new patients at this time.
