Did you know you are eligible to receive an mRNA (Pfizer or Moderna) for dose number two or may get another round of AstraZeneca?
If you wish to receive Moderna and had for AstraZeneca in April, you are eligible to book an appointment with Alpine Medical for an appointment on June 14th or later. Book your appointment at

YOU MUST INCLUDE THE DATE OF YOUR DOSE #1 AND THE TYPE OF VACCINE.
If you are new to our clinic, in the “reason for concern” box you must provide your full demographics to ensure your appointment is approved.
If you wish AstraZeneca, you are eligible to book through 811-8 weeks after the date of dose #1

Moderna Dose #2 Waitlist
Please note “Walk-ins” or “same-day appointments” are still permitted however, you must call the clinic for screening prior to entering the clinic.
If you are having symptoms suggestive of Covid-19, please self-isolate and use the online Assessment tool from Alberta health services.
COVID testing for symptomatic patients as well as asymptomatic direct contacts may be booked using our online system.
Please note we are unable to book CVOID testing for travel at this time.
If you have any of the following symptoms do not enter the clinic please call the clinic for how to proceed.
Anyone over the age of 18 who has the following symptoms are legally required to isolate and should be tested for COVID-19.
- new onset of cough or worsening chronic cough
- new or worsening shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- sore throat
- runny nose
If you are not tested for COVID-19, you MUST isolate for 10 days following the start of these symptoms and until you are feeling better (whichever is longer). If you are tested, further instructions are available at ahs.ca/results based on your test results.
People with other symptoms are also recommended to be tested. These include:
- painful swallowing
- stuffy nose
- muscle or joint ache
- feeling unwell, fatigue or severe exhaustion
- nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or unexplained loss of appetite
- loss of sense of smell or taste
- conjunctivitis (pink eye)
